After his own college playing career ended, Cipriano spent four seasons working in arena football, spending three seasons with the Chicago Rush in the Arena Football League in various roles including operations and coaching. He also spent an additional season with the Chicago Slaughter of the Continental Indoor Football League as a player-personnel assistant.
