“FAITH the Journey Begins” – On this journey we adventure to step out side the boat. It is after we have accepted Christ as our savior and we began the walk, putting down obvious sins and unclean habits. This journey begins with the “Faith” walk where we come to trust God, obey Him, and begin to step out on His principles and His mind. We learn His word His will and His way. We learn here that the war is real and there is a fight to be fought and we are in the middle of the fight.
“Destinations in the Spirit” is a series about our journey through life in the Spirit. It is the journey where God leads us back to Him. The series recognizes that this journey is a process and not an event. God the architect is the builder and we are the building. As we walk through the different destinations, we can see how God constructs it all, line upon line, precept upon precept, and the change in us that is revealed from glory to glory, and strength to strength. God makes the crooked things straight and makes darkness light for us. In Jeremiah God says He knows the plans that He has for us, in Psalms He sent us a message that our steps are ordered by Him. He created us and knows what He wants. God’s original purpose was fellowship with us as we have dominion over that which He made. Before the fall we were crowned queens and kings. Now He has ordered our steps back to Him. In each destination, we disassemble what we constructed as we walked according to the deceits of our minds. God desires to see His original thoughts and intents for you and I come to pass. He planted His son in the earth and He expects a harvest. In nakedness, the journey ends and new life begins. This is the place where the Kingdom has come in us.
About the author
One of the rocks that are crying out for Jesus Christ, JoWanda is a woman after God’s own heart that is leading His people straight to Him. She was called on the battlefield for the Lord in 1999; with the request from the Lord that she would be addicted to Him as an addict is addicted to drugs. Her mission is to tell everyone ‘Who He Is’ and to get them over to the other side, where He is. Since she accepted the call, she has been doing what she was called to do in the power of His might, through preaching and teaching the word of God, prophetic song and life transforming books, most notably the series “Destinations in the Spirit”. In 2008 she released her “Daily Confessions CD”, teaching those who thirst to line their conversation up with the word of God. To help fulfill the call of God on her life she attended Bolden Seminary in Wilmington DE, Prophets in Training School of Ministry, under the teaching of her prophetic father, Apostle Raymond Stansbury and the School of the Holy Spirit, under the direction of the Holy Spirit for Who else knows the mind of God except His Spirit. JoWanda attends Hope Cathedral in Jackson New Jersey under the life changing teaching of her spiritual parents Pastors Trevon and Qwynn Gross. JoWanda highly expects God to use her to demonstrate His power in the earth. The dead will be raised, the blind will see, the deaf will hear, the hurting and bound will be delivered and set free and people will be restored back to God. God is Great and everything He does is great, there is nothing that He cannot do therefore she expects no less. She has learned that God will only take her as far as her faith takes Him. “For without faith it is impossible to please Him, for He who comes to God must believe that HE IS, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” JoWanda seeks to know Him in and out because she knows that He will reward her in her diligent search for Him with Himself for He is her desire.
