About the author
Sergio E. Avilés was born in Saltillo, México. His first book was "Me enamoré de una cucaracha," (1993) a collection of short stories. and later on he would publish 'indiGestión Pública," an account of his years as director of Coahuila State's Ecology Institute and his relationship to news media. He has also written "El nombre del gato" and directed two short films, "Fin del mundo" and "Galatea."
