About The Author

I am a father of two little girls who dreams of nothing but optimal health and longevity for them. I come from a background of being over weight and unhealthy and have completely changed my life for them and my family. I am a certified health coach and primal coach, also a owner of a Crossfit affiliate. My goal in life is to help people like myself become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
