I come from a background of being over weight and unhealthy and have completely changed my life for them and my family. I am a certified health coach and primal coach, also a owner of a Crossfit affiliate. My goal in life is to help people like myself become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. To teach our children healthy habits of nutrition and exercise at a young age. So they have the knowledge and power to make the right decisions as they get older. This book series will help create those habits in fun real life stories with my daughters as the main characters.
