His discussion of ethics, integrity, and conflict resolution is an incredible look into oneself. Do Unto Brothers is broken into three sections. The Mandate: The responsibility each of us have to each other is without excuse. The Model: A 5-Step approach to conflict resolution. The Mosaic: The author creates 24 life mosaics of his own experiences and shares them with the reader. He then invites his readers to add their own picture to the mosaic. "Do Unto Brothers" is a real life, real issue mosaic of ethics, integrity, and conflict resolution.

R Kent Smith has served as Senior Pastor to Conroe Church in Conroe Texas since 1990. He also leads a non-profit RKS Global Inc. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Ministry and is near completion of a Masters in Pastoral Ministry. His previous book "Formed" is available. He and Tracie married in 1982 and have two children Redonia and Trent. His also serves as Poppy to 6 incredible little grand human persons of which one took early residence in Heaven.
