Curating Engagement is a critical anthology published by Public Trust and Wagner Foundation exploring curatorial practice, public engagement, and the civic role of cultural institutions. Edited by Aaron Levy, Abigail Satinsky, and Daniel Tucker, it brings together the voices of over 50 curators, educators, and artists working at the intersection of public engagement and curatorial practice to discuss the urgent issues facing their work. This book contains their reflections, questions, and proposals for building exchange and mutual support around these issues within the curatorial field, and offers a new paradigm for understanding institutions as civic spaces.
