Overview

Many perspectives need to be considered for honest history. With everything we know today about conquest, exploitation, brutality and plain old criminal, wholesale stealing, we are still hearing proud exclamations of the patriotic founding of America. Anyone who feels the goosebumps of the harmonic chords in the Star Spangled Banner is clearly not Native American. Grow up? Being at Woodstock, an individual could be a pretty good judge of what happened there, and yet that view is a mere slice of what went on there. If children are too young to know the truth of history, maybe they should just wait to learn it. Because the truth is... the glossy version they do get sticks in their brains as truth and accuracy. It becomes a complicated process to replace facts which affects their emotional well-being.
