"I've long believed that a college education is more valuable and attainable than many people might think.  Phyllis takes the Why and the What of making a college education affordable, and brings the HOW to life in this amazingly detailed guide.  The strategies and implementation tactics in this resource will be a huge benefit to anyone in any stage of the journey through making higher education possible.

Phyllis really nails it!"
