Bill, the COO of a midsize manufacturing company, was very concerned about the lack of growth and profitability under his watch over the last couple of years. His CEO, Tom, has given him a 60 day deadline to turn things around. What Tom has not given him is CLARITY on where the organization is going, what they are trying to achieve and what results they are looking to produce.
