This collection of poems is deliberately written in the old sonnet form, used by Shakespeare and many romantic period poets. We are in a new century, we need content and language for our own place and time. The sonnet form remains a helpful tool, to condense ideas, to create surprising combinations of ideas. Iambic pentameter has the added benefit of being easy to speak, a natural rhythm for word in English. Some of these sonnets were first published in chuckdaddy's novel, "A New Religion for Planet Earth" This book of poems is chuckdaddy's first use of AI narration. He prefers beautiful naked women reading his poems, because AI has no capacity loud or tender female orgasms. Only living, breathing, joyful women can do that.
