About The Author


As a psychotherapist, author, and public speaker Haven Logan, Ph.D. has helped thousands to make the commitment to take care of themselves. In 2002 "Choosing to Be Well" was published by Inner Ocean Publishing. This was followed by "The California Wine Country Diet," published in 2006 by Quill Driver Books. Dr. Logan holds degrees in sociology, education, social work, and health psychology. She also writes a newspaper and web column titled "Healthy Living for Everyone" which addresses a broad spectrum of life areas—from dealing with clutter to maintaining relationships to aging and everything in between.
