Dr. Eldo Frezza is a surgeon and storyteller who came to the United States from Venice, Italy, in 1992 to practice medicine. His passion for writing has led to a diverse body of work spanning fiction and non-fiction. He is the author of the magical realism novel Chasing Hemingway: Between the Sea and the Story, the haunting The Death of Venice, and the evocative Drowned on Fire.
