WHAT IS THE PALEO LIFESTYLE?
The Paleo lifestyle is simply this...no gluten. Believe it or not, the ten recipes in
this book are all Paleo (gluten free) and Keto! The Paleo diet is known by other
names, for example, the Caveman diet and the Hunt and Gather diet. But Paleo
is not a fad diet, it's a lifestyle change.
Paleo recipes include saturated fat, red meat, eggs, and butter. Worried? For
years we have believed that consuming foods high in saturated fat and
cholesterol would clog our arteries and increase our risk of heart disease.
However, newer studies have completely discredited this heart-healthy
hypothesis, simply because the threat never existed. Just remember FAT
burns FAT...carbs don't burn fat.
Paleo eating is never boring...we eat flavorful foods like meats, seafood,
poultry, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. We use herbs and spices to make
sure each dish is pleasing to the palate.

- You have skin issues
