Having led HR organizations across five different companies and thirteen locations, including high-level roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals and a 20-year tenure with General Electric, Cliff provides an insider's view of how the world's most successful organizations operate. The questions addressed within these pages come directly from his clients and the employees he has led through global expansion, cultural changes, and economic shifts. The core message of this updated edition is simple: As technical roles move to the wayside, your ability to be personable and authentic is what will keep you from being replaced. While the book introduces modern strategies for leveraging AI to streamline your job search and boost productivity, it emphasizes that human connection remains your greatest competitive advantage.
