Ann Hoang lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two of their three children. Ann began writing prose and poetry in earnest in the late 1990s to help her cope with the onset of an acute illness. The intense feelings and memories were recorded in several journals she kept at the time. Today Ann is an avid quilter and gardener as well as a stay at home mom.
