About the author
Dr. Attyu has been studying and teaching meditation and yoga since 2010. His classes are centered around a breath meditation he developed over the years, pieced together from various sources and teachers. He also has been facilitating sensory deprivation float tank sessions since 2015. Born and raised in Hawaii, he currently lives in Honolulu with his family. In his free time he enjoys taking his kids to the beach, learning about vitamin and mineral supplementation, bio-hacking, and studying and training jiu-jitsu.
