Bonnie Bunny's biggest dream was to be the head bunny in charge of delivering the decorated eggs for Easter. When Bunnyville announced a contest to choose a new head bunny, Bonnie got excited, then sad. She had a real problem. Her ears were too big. She couldn't hop and play like the other bunnies. To add to her problem, bad Buster Bunny and his followers teased her at the playground by sliding down her ears and using them as jump ropes.
Buster felt powerful as he and his followers bullied and made fun of her. One evening, as Buster saw bruised Bonny crying alone, he realized the hurt he was causing and had a change of heart. He started training Bonnie every day to strengthen her ears using a carrot barbell and hanging full Easter baskets on each ear. As she was working out one day her ears started flapping and she started flying! Buster immediately took her over to the obstacle course which she easily flew over while balancing filled baskets on each ear and, of course, won. She was crowned the new head bunny with a glittering tiara.
The bunnies realized how cruel teasing and bullying had been and how important it was to accept everyone as a unique and special person .
