Blueprint for Interstellar Travel is a primer on a unique theory of interstellar travel. It is based on ideas originally put forth by Michael Miller and Larry Maurer and assembled by Paul Kirsch in a way that makes the information accessible to the lay public. The very first to present a new paradigm for space travel, based on the energy signature of a remote photon, it’s illustrated with vibrant color images that clearly explain the ideas and technology behind them.

One of the core ideas discussed in Blueprint for Interstellar Travel involves exploiting Heisenberg's uncertainty principle at a human-sized level. As such, this book presents a unique paradigm with no commonality to the conventional back-exhaust rocket system presently in use, or other advanced and novel space travel systems. Developed over a ten year period since the publication of Paul Kirsch’s previous book, This Way to the Stars, Blueprint for Interstellar Travel provides new and comprehensive information supported by peer-reviewed literature. Introductory text describes the lives of the inventors and the challenges faced by those who present new ideas. it concludes with a vision of how we might continue to explore the universe.

Paul Kirsch was born in 1957. He studied fine art in Mexico, and followed that with a BFA in documentary film from New York University. He later attended the American Film Institute, Director's program, and obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills, with honors, while working in grants administration. More recently, he has worked as an Innovation Workshop Assistant at MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation in Santa Barbara and a substitute teacher. Blueprint for Interstellar Travel is his third book. Mr. Kirsch is married and has one son. He lives in Los Angeles, and is an advocate for innovative ideas in science and culture.
