About The Author

Rebecca Figueroa is a poet and teacher. She has had poems published in a number of literary journals, including The Northridge Review, Onthebus, Puerto del Sol, Rattle, and Poetry Motel. Birdseed is her first collection of poetry. She currently lives in the San Fernando Valley with Dobie, Stella, and Minnie, pets all.
