About The Author

Cathy Keeton Azar is a former teacher who graduated from Purdue University. Along with her husband, she has owned several businesses which include a daycare, restaurant, movie distribution business and a real estate development construction business. She has been involved in real estate, investing, owning and managing residential and commercial properties for over twenty years. She enjoys freelance writing and combined that interest with her landlord experience into this book.
