Zachariah Stillwater was born on the central coast of California in 1980, growing up as a child he remembered the powerful love that he came here with. The ability to create reality was easy for him and he still has vivid memories of this. Growing into a teenager and young adult, he fell into the same traps like so many people, going into the darkness to explore his free-will eventually hitting burnout and suffering greatly. He was saved by the Family of Light and has been guided ever since on how to navigate life here on Earth. This book is a collection of this knowledge and breathing exercises to heal & expand the body. Activating the higher potential of Humanity is possible when we purify ourselves and align with the loving energy of where we come from.
