Born in Abilene, Texas, Randy's perspective was forged through a troubled childhood, years of alcohol and drug abuse, his lived experience with mental illness, and many supernatural experiences. Randy brings a gritty, realistic perspective to his storytelling. He was inspired to write by his late mother as well as a profound supernatural experience in 2012. His poetry book, "A Tapestry of Trials and Praise," is a beautiful collaboration between Randy and his late mother, Patsy Ruth Lough. Drawing from decades of raw life experience, Randy has emerged as a voice for those who have navigated life's deepest trials.
