Anyely is a Nurse who has worked for 20+ years at one of New York City's top healthcare organizations. Her family is from Dominican Republic and she is the mother of two wonderful children, Sienna and Jordan. She met her husband Dexter during their time as undergraduate students and their paths crossed in a speech class at NYU. Anyely divides her time between her childhood neighborhood of the Lower East Side in New York City and Westchester County, NY. During our global pandemic, Anyely found an outlet through storytelling. Knowing first hand the importance of having positive role models, she found a way to incorporate life lessons in her stories so that parents, guardians, teachers, and friends can have meaningful conversations with children.
