Mary was an elementary school teacher for over twenty years. This book and her other book, An Ostentation of Peacocks, were inspired by lessons on collective nouns with sixth and seventh grade students. She also was a fitness instructor for over twenty-five years. Raising her four children and loving her four granddaughters put her on the path of authorship.
