About the author
Vicki Bell taught public school for over thirty years. Vicki has a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Detroit. She began her educational career teaching second grade. Most of her educational experience was teaching elementary special needs students with learning disabilities. She once received an award for "Outstanding Teacher of the Year" at her school.
