Paul J.R. Renaud, a native of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada is the dynamo behind helping others perform above their expectations. He’s a qualified Executive Coach, specializing in peak performance, brain-based interventions and marketing.
Paul’s comfortable within a variety of environments, frequently working at numerous levels within organizations. His instinctive ability to understand and anticipate what’s needed to move clients forward is supported by his passion for coaching, training and supporting others to maximize their strengths and accomplishments. Ultimately, his goal is to help each of them find their individual path.
His professional background includes fifteen of the past thirty years working at senior levels. Those positions included Vice-President of Sales at Connex (Vodafone) and Marketing Director at Romtelecom in Romania. Paul coached organizations such as Google, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Orange, GE Capital, Toyota, IDC research, Pyramid Research, Bell Canada, FTI, eMAG and Style & Nature. He has clients in various industries, such as real estate, packaging, music-management, online trading, logistics and BTL. Paul has lived and worked in Asia, South America, North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

In 2007, Paul’s commitment to professional development led him to begin his formal training within the coaching profession. He’s certified in Brain-based interventions with the Neuro Business Group, www.neurobusinessgroup.com and continues to extend his expertise through a number of professional coaching institutions, such as Corporate Coach U and the International Coaching Federation. His more than six years coaching experience focused on working with organizations, individuals and teams.
