About The Author

My name is Marty Eigen. I have brought endless energy to my many careers. Among my favorite roles are those of a professional musician (www.musicbyamani.com) and author. From 1963 to 1973, I enjoyed a successful business career, authoring numerous articles for professional journals and magazines. In 1973, I transitioned to a career as a professional musician. When COVID-19 struck in 2019, my family encouraged me to write a memoir. I published Never Call Me Ordinary—A Memoir in 2020 as a gift for my family, and due to popular demand, I released a second edition in 2021. I am currently working on a novel titled, Oh Shit! Here We Go Again. Set in 2042, this novel is narrated by a famous 100-year-old musician recounting his life to his great-granddaughter. With over 55,000 words written, I am more than halfway through this project and expect to complete it by the end of the year.
