Rev. Joticandā, also known as Quang Hằng or Hang Ho, is a dedicated Buddhist counselor and meditation instructor with a passion for applied Buddhist studies and contemporary mindfulness practices. As a practitioner in the Theravada tradition, she specializes in Vipassanā meditation and has devoted her life to helping others explore a contemplative path in their everyday lives. With a Master's degree in Health and Social Wellbeing from Nan Tien Institute in Australia, Rev. Joticandā has continued to hone her expertise in developing a Buddhist-informed psychotherapy and counseling approach tailored to the unique needs of young people. Since beginning her meditation practice in 2011, she has embraced her spiritual journey, becoming a precept nun in Vietnam in 2015 and later ordained as a samanerī in Sri Lanka in 2018. As both a practitioner and disciple of the Buddha, Rev. Joticandā generously shares her knowledge and insights to help others connect with the Dharma and cultivate wholesome qualities.
