About the author
Carol was born in St Andrew, Jamaica. Her first job as a young child was helping her father in his hardware business. After graduating from school, Carol worked in the insurance industry for a number of years. In 1993, she migrated to the Cayman Islands, where she obtained her Master's degree and her yoga instructor qualifications from Cayman and Canada, all while enjoying a 22-year career in the legal profession. Carol moved to the United States in 2017 (returned to Cayman Islands 2021), securing her advanced sports and exercise nutrition certification (UK) and working as a Wellness Advisor in the colleges and Universities in Florida When time allows Carol provides 1-on-1 online instruction in Mindfulness Meditation and still manages to take on charitable projects.
