Overview
Practice mindfulness meditation every day and take advantage of all the benefits of a method recognized for over 30 years in 250 hospitals around the world. Have you ever been too absorbed in your thoughts not to get off at the right subway? Or, thinking back to certain events of your day, not being able to enjoy a night out with your friends and being physically present but mentally absent? It means you were in "autopilot" mode, the opposite of mindfulness. Mindfulness is this phenomenon thanks to which we can savor the present moment and enjoy every moment of life, whether by washing the dishes, eating a piece of the pie or during a simple walk by adopting "focused attention". It is possible to positively transform everyday situations to return to a calm state and find inner serenity.
