About the author

Ms. Jill was born in 1960. That was a long time ago! Even though she is as old as your grandma (she goes by Nana), sometimes she acts like a seven-year-old. She loves going to the park, playing games, singing, dancing, and taking lots of pictures ("Say Cheeeese!"). Her favorite food is chocolate chip cookies, and she eats way too many of them. Ms. Jill has been writing for as long as she can remember and feels like her stories have just begun. Ms. Jill lives in Sugar Land, Texas, with her awesome husband, Alan, and their precious (and spoiled) Maltipoo, Bailey. They have five grown children, one son-in-love, two daughters-in-love, and four amazing grandchildren. "My Super Hero is Jesus," says Ms. Jill.

Jill
My Super Hero What an absolutely delightful book for young readers! Upbeat, easy to read, and with whimsical illustrations, the young reader will learn the days of the week, while learning an inspirational message. I love the fact that depicted is a little girl--how empowering. The devotionals are an extra touch and can be shared with family members. Thank you, Jill and Olivia, for writing and illustrating a wonderful addition to any young child's library. ~Ruthanne Mefford, Chief Executive Officer, Child Advocates of Fort Bend Read more
