Virginia grew up on a farm, lots of space, trees, creeks and wildlife. Her passion to draw and paint started at about four years old! The fact she grew up on her parent's farm helped her to learn all of her Italian mothers cooking secrets. Her dreams came to life through her drawings and paintings, all part of her growing up. Her ongoing passion for good food is to share her happy memories with her friends and family, have them smile and think of happy times.
