Treiva has a storied career and a diverse journey that has given her both invaluable life lessons and professional skills.
She proudly served in the US Army for 8 years cumulatively in active and reserve duty as an Executive Administrative Specialist. After serving our country, She began her professional corporate career as an executive assistant and transitioned to advertising/marketing account management where she spearheaded urban marketing for major corporations including Coca-Cola, Sprite, MCI and McDonald's.
Treiva’s career has spanned more than 30 years of entertainment, event marketing and talent management. She lives out her mantra: “I am called to facilitate, market and administrate the visions of others.” Her first and most passionate order of business is in the service of people.
As a talent manager and music professional, she has worked administratively and creatively in Gospel, R&B and hip-hop.
Her no-nonsense approach, charismatic personality and authentic genuine care for talent and the stories they tell either on television or musically causes her to make an impact within the lives and producing of the lives she has encountered over the years. Treiva possesses a passion and natural curiosity for life. These attributes make her an enhanced value-added entertainment industry executive.
Over the past 14 years in the TV/Film arena of entertainment she has carved out a unique niche for herself as one of the top noted Talent Whisperer and Executive Producer in the industry within the docu-series space. Cumulatively she has been a part of 20+ seasons of compelling TV (BLACK INK, Love & Hip Hop, Growing Up Hip Hop, Mary Mary, R&B Divas) in the docuseries genre.
Treiva’s foundational administrative background and military discipline has
proved to be a huge asset in helping her to excel within this industry.
