Craig struggled through school confused by poor performance and the sense that he was smarter than the work he was failing at. He struggled through college, finding it difficult to balance a healthy social life and focus on a subject he was much more passionate about than those in high school. As his career began, personal relationships suffered as his focus on work overwhelmed what time he had outside of work. This unhealthy dynamic made him a curmudgeon and a rather unpleasant person at home. It was only after failing at personal relationships and work commitments for thirty five years that he discovered he had ADHD.

Up until this time, Craig picked up all sorts of skills as he moved from one thing to the next. Through his experience in sales and management, he studied coaching, what many would know as life or executive coaching. Upon discovering that he had ADHD, he received coaching as a client of an ADHD clinic. Through the inspiration of the results coaching brought him and his own experience as a coach, he decided to give back by becoming an ADHD coach himself.
