MIGUEL A. HERNANDEZ found his niche in the courtroom. His many clients trusted him with their future and he rose to the occasion with humility and perseverance. Born in San Antonio Texas, he moved to California with his mother, as a young boy, along with three siblings. Later, as his family size grew, Miguel was the second oldest child of nine brothers and sisters. He often cared for his younger siblings as his family worked their way out of poverty. Encouraged by teachers, he did well in school and discovered the path that would lead him to college, through the military, law school and eventually settling into decades of representing those in need of legal help.
