About the Publisher

Starfeather Publishing was founded in 2012 by Rose Moore, self-publisher and indie bookn publisher.  Rose is the author of several children's books and produces The Pearl River Quarterly, a magazine to celebrate the turning seasons.  

Our motto for the books we publish: 

"We create books to make you smile, books to share a moment with a child, a quarterly to enjoy the changing seasons, compendiums of insight, filled with rhyme and reason."
