Jennifer has been known to wake up in the middle of the night with a sudden idea of what the next line of her story will be. She keeps a pen and paper handy and jots down words in the dark before she forgets. She has several unfinished stories and is thrilled to share her first completed book, Snout Space!
Jenn was born as the youngest of six and surrounded by all kinds of pets including ducks, guinea pigs, gerbils and turtles to name a few. Of course, dogs were always in the mix! Suzy is the golden retriever that sparked a great love for dogs in Jenn. She lived for 16 years!
Being at ease with animals and the natural world is something Jenn considers a gift and makes sure to pass this on to her husband and two children. Molly, the star of Snout Space, along with their cat and bunny, helped to share this gift. Champ, their current golden retriever and 80 pound lapdog is staring at Jenn right now as she writes. He is obviously telling her, in "dog language," that his morning walk was supposed to be an hour ago!
