Sharon Hull is an experienced executive coach and retired family physician with over 30 years of experience in clinical medicine and academic leadership. She built a solo, rural private practice; held leadership roles in academic health centers as a division chief, department chair, and assistant dean; all of which positioned her for a meaningful decade-plus career as an executive coach. Sharon founded and led an Executive Coaching Program built for faculty at a major US medical school before retiring from academia to focus full-time on her coaching and consulting practice, which she calls her "encore career." She is a graduate of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (Drexel University School of Medicine) fellowship for women leaders in academic health care. Sharon lives with her family in North Carolina.
