Rola Tassabehji is a journalist and content marketing specialist with background in global brand management in Unilever and YPO.org. After training as a certified advance yoga instructor and yoga therapist, Rola pivoted her career to wellness sector, and is a regular contributor to global yoga magazines in the UK. She continues to freelance as a business writer and marketing specialist. Rola is originally Lebanese, and was drawn to yoga as a tool for centering and finding a place to call home no matter where life takes her. Originally from West Beirut, she currently lives in the most Western point in Europe, the Algarve, Portugal.
