Robert Hart was born in Texas and raised in Washington. He served the public for forty years as a meat cutter.and is now retired. Robert resides in California where He raised six children, has twelve grand children and fourteen great grand children. Robert has coached high school basketball and is active in his church and community.
Robert is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys pairing good clean humor with hand drawn cartoons within the sports genre. Robert has been compiling various collections for publishing of which, "Bob Hart's Cartoon Golf Jokes" is the first in this series.
