Barbara Davis is a native of Oklahoma and a retired U.S. Air Force veteran. She is the author of “Pieces of Us: Poetry and Pearls for the Bold, Broken, and Beautiful.” She is the mother of a beautiful teenage daughter who is the reason she believes God put her on this earth. Barbara hold a M.S. in Information Systems Management and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, both of which has afforded her the opportunity to become an adjunct professor at one of Oklahoma’s two-year colleges. She currently works as a civilian for the U.S. Air Force and is member of the Federally Employed Women organization. Her passion is to promote the emotional and spiritual growth of young women.
