The author was born and raised in a catholic family in Mexico, but educated in secular schools, doing graduated studies abroad. His life was that of a typical avid reader, finding pleasure in mind shaking literature; until existential doubts came up.
After a decade of almost obsessive submersion in religion related books, feeling grateful to so many dedicated and free-spirited thinkers and writers, the author penned Paraíso Imaginado, the Spanish language book published in 2016, from which this book, Paradise Imagined, is the revised and translated version.
