WHO I AM

Have you ever set a goal? I’ve set a lot. I know it can seem fruitless at times when some plans work and others don’t. I’m turning 70 this December of 2025, and I am working on a big one now, and I really hope this one works. This goal is the culmination of my life’s work to help others. It involves documenting how I helped people all my life and what I showed them that they said made such a difference in their lives. So much that they asked me to write it down so they could share it with those they loved and with whom they wanted to help. Now that I’ve reached this milestone in age and have spent over 15 years working to write (and draw) it all down, I’ve completed the first half of my goal and it’s my book called My Cells My Self.

However now that I’m retired, I have no way to directly contact those who asked me to write it down. I plan to follow through on my promise anyways. The second half of my goal is to get people to read it. Passing on what I shared means getting complete strangers to stop and listen to what I have to offer. Accomplishing my goals got me to where I always wanted to be and I want to pass on what I learned so others can get to where they want to be. Knowing the young ones around me are just starting out in life and building their own goals, I also want to reach out and tell them what I learned, and what their loved ones asked me to share with them.

Accomplishing my life goals involved a lot of setbacks and mistakes that I’ve made along the way. That means an awful lot of missed goals got me here from where I began. I’m striving to help others avoid some of these pitfalls and avoid the mistakes I made. I’m reaching out in the only way I can. I’ll only succeed if I can get those that would appreciate my help to see me, hear me and follow me through all I want to share. My plan is to provide a handbook of human life so everyone can better seek the answers to their life questions and achieve their own destiny of happiness and well-being. It begins with, “Who am I?”.

No one can tell us who we are. Only we can find that answer for ourselves, but I know what a human is and that is the foundation to who we are. I have found that when I share that information others have joyfully used it to discover their unique self and reported better understanding others. We are tasked to learn these lessons throughout life but we don’t have to do it alone. If I am successful in the next half of my goal, all who want it will have a map, compass, and the four necessary skills to navigate life’s journey. I want to empower everyone to know themselves so they can confidently own their individual life with competence, strength, and appreciation for the journeys of others.

I hope you find My Cells My Self helpful and share it with those you want to help. If I have succeeded in my goals of helping you, please send me a note at my web site: mycellsmyself.com, I can pass on in my Reviews page, and with BookBaby as well as any online book stores you use to motivate others to check it out.
