Andre was born and raised in New York City and is of Trinidadian and Guyanese descent. His vast experiences ranging from combat medic in the Army, to being a personal trainer and coach, as well as father to two beautiful young ladies led him to his path as an author, where he shares some of his life lessons and self reflections with others.
