Hi, my name is Maryna K. Gipsov. I was born in Belarus, grew up in Ukraine, and now live in the United States with my family and our cat Kuzia. I graduated from an art school in Ukraine and law school in both Ukraine and U.S.
I am a lawyer by occupation and a dreamer by heart. I am fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English, and hope to learn Georgian someday. I love to travel, spend time with my family, draw, sing, dance, read children's books, just be silly at times, and cats! (=^･ｪ･^=)
I am very excited about my first children's book "Adventures of the Whistling Girl and the Carrot Pal at the Zoo" in Russian and Ukrainian and "Adventures of Flute and Kert at the Zoo" in English. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing and illustrating it!
