About the Author

Author Info

With a Ph.D. in literature and critical theory, Marc D. Baldwin has been writing, editing, and teaching for thirty-seven years. He lived in Los Angeles for two years, working as the producer's assistant at Barry & Enright Productions, and became all too familiar with the neighborhoods and people he writes about in An Uprising of Angels. During his subsequent teaching career, he taught many pieces of literature aligned with his lifelong philosophical beliefs in mind/body health and introspective self-development that inspired PEERLESS. He's also published a scholarly study of Ernest Hemingway and numerous articles in various literary journals, as well as founding and running an editing service, Edit911. He is blessed with good health, a wonderful wife, 3 daughters, 2 sons, 3 grandsons, a Siberian cat, and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
