As an elementary school teacher in the 90's, I loved reading to my students as well as to my own two children. Singing, rhyming, and word games were a natural part of my day in the classroom and at home. I have also always been interested in energy, and after I left teaching, I began studying metaphysics as well as energy medicine.
In 2007 I joined a metaphysical group and am still part of it today. Because of this group, I was led to Donna Eden's work and in 2010 began my three-year journey to become an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner. For the next six years I enjoyed a part-time practice treating clients, teaching energy classes, and leading study groups in my community. And last year, I discovered Dr. Sue Morter and her Energy Codes coursework, which has widened my energy horizons even more!
I enjoy sharing what I've learned about energy with others and am very excited now to offer it in this format. In fact, this book is to be the first in a series about energy - the energy of love, the universal force that is our true nature!
I welcome readers of all ages to learn to flow the energy of love within themselves, within their families, and then out into the world.
