Minister Larry D. Washington has served as Founder and Executive Director of On Target Recovery Inc. Transitional Living Facility for Veterans and Non-Veteran from September 2007 to December 2012. Minister Washington was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1985, he is a 2006 graduate of Malcolm X. College in Chicago, Illinois in the field of Radiology Technology.
Minister Washington was born again in 1970 at the age of 11. After being delivered from Drug and Alcohol addiction in 2000, Minister Washington rededicated his life to Jesus Christ in November 2003 at Living Word Christian Center. Where he became a member and volunteer usher for 10 Years. He graduated from LWCC School of Ministry Class in 2010. receiving his license to Minister the Gospel in March 2011 and Ordained in September 2014 at Living Word Christian Center, In Forest Park, Illinois.
Minister Washington founded Larry Washington Ministries December 2012 and Living by Faith (World Missions) in March 2013. His passion is to see lives rebuilt through preaching and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Minister Larry Washington was called to the Mission Field in April 2014 & 2017, where he visited Kenya, planted foundation &prayer classes in local churches in countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Burgoma, and Pakistan. Minister Washington and Sister Michelle spent 3 years teaching the gospel on Radio at WGBX 1590 in Chicago, Ill and Rejoice 102.3FM. in Hammond, Indiana in 2014-17.
