Katharine Tonti was born in Molise, Italy and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University and a Master of Arts in theatre from Michigan State University.
Katharine is the author of Other People's Stories, a collection of 24 essays and poems for adult readers, as well as the illustrated children's picture books, Lionel Lincoln Lawrence Le Pet, The Loudest Child Anyone's Every Met, and One Rhyme at a Time.
She lives in the Midwest with a finicky feline saboteur named Lily.
