Kate Pelletier is an author, writer, and community college professor of humanities. She earned an M.A. in English Literature at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut, and a B.A. in English, with a minor in Religious Studies, at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
Her first book, Little Waves: A Tiny Memoir is a beginner’s guide to processing emotional trauma and pursuing recovery through reflective writing. Until 2019, Kate also owned and operated a yoga-based wellness business, as well as a yoga teacher training school.
Kate hopes to inspire her readers, students, friends, and family to discover their own bright paths to God’s bold promises.
